Meet

Dominique

Dominique Mullally is a Leadership & EQ Consultant with over 20+years of leadership experience in Financial Services and delivers training on a wide range of topics including women in leadership, conscious leadership, and building high-performing teams. 

Dominique began her career in Banking, eventually moving into Wealth Management as a Financial Advisor. After burning out, she took some time away to regroup and she stepped back into Financial Services but this time in Leadership roles. Armed with a personal mission to change the meaning of leadership , Dominique uses these lived experiences to help organisations and their leaders connect, engage and inspire individuals and create high-performing teams.

Today, she is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), and holds a Certification in Coaching, Diploma in Analytical Hypnotherapy, Practitioner Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Emotional Freedom Techniques
